Westgate resort at Myrtle beach

Disclosure- This post has been sponsored by Westgate resort. All opinions are my own.

Myrtle beach is well known for its long white sand beach, abundant shells and countless number of seafood restaurants to choose from. The beach is very happening and quite nice to stroll by any time of the day. We would often even go for a walk after sunset and there would still be a lot of people with their flashlights trying to search for shells on the beach.

With 2 kids, I always prefer staying at a resort which has atleast a kitchenette. Westgate resort at Myrtle beach exceeded my expectations. It not only had a full kitchen but also a complete living and dining room alongwith a bedroom with full bath. Our bedroom had a jetted bath tub which me and hubby got to enjoy after putting the kids to bed 😏

The resort was at the heart of the beach with a beautiful beachview balcony. It had an in house restaurant and a nice pool side with kids splash area and lazy river.
The stay was very comfortable with the views so relaxing. We got the most gorgeous sunrise from our bedside and it was all so worth it.

There are abundant activities you can do at the beach and visit nearby like Broadway at the beach, Ripleys aquarium, Skywheel etc. You could also take a cruise down to view some dolphins. Or if you are a fishing person like our family is then head down the pier where you do not require a fishing license to fish. You may catch a lot of sharks but it is illegal to take them. But it is fun watching what all you may catch in this gorgeous ocean.

I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay if you are here with your family or even extended family.
