Few weeks ago I shared about this new diet I was starting out with the help of the resources I found from the book "Always eat after 7" by Joel Marion. Its now been almost 4 weeks into the diet and I can already feel some positive difference in me.

I lost about 8 pounds in 26 days and have a lot more energy in my daily activities. I also have lesser hunger pangs at night and hence lesser unwanted snacking.

The good thing about this diet is that unlike other diets, you need not cut off specific food intake. The diet allows carbs, dairy, fruits, fibers and even snacking. But it focuses on what the food contains. You can eat more of something which is rich in protein and less carbs and fill your tummy.

The diet allows you to and even infact insists you eat all the 3 meals of your day. But do not fall for myths that many people do. Do you own study about who the researcher is and what they may benefit from this research and make your decision. Which has helped me believe that indeed I am not going to stop myself from enjoying food I love. But rather make a healthy choice about portion control and what other food in can incorporate in my diet which can facilitate in increasing my metabolism rate and burning off the excess fats. There are so many recipes in the book which have helped my build a good resource to reflect back and try out.

I can feel not just a change in my physically but also have more energy and feel more confident. It's a great start and push to do better and make a better lifestyle change.
