How to bring the magic of Disney at home

Disclaimer- This post is sponsored by Dole. All opinions are my own.

How are you managing social distancing? I'm sure there may be some positive days and some not so bright ones. And then there are kids who we need to settle down while keeping our own hearts and minds in place.

Why not make this a time to try something new? Learn something new, bring the family closer and share some smiles.

I have been doing some fun activities with kids everyday. I was bummed to cancel my April Disney trip and so I decided why not bring the magic of Disney home. We dress up each evening into a fun Disney themed outfit (it can be as elaborate as a princess gown or as simple as a polka dotted shirt). Just be imaginative. We engage in some fun printable activities and later put on a movie on Disney+ and enjoy some Disney park snacks created at home.

What's the first Disney treat that comes to your mind? Dole Whip. Oh yes every time. Dole Whip has been our most favorite treat on every Disney trip. And now we also have added the "blue milk" to our list since the star wars land has opened.

I was surprised to see both these recipes on Dole’s new At Home Resources webpage and they were super quick to create and needed minimum ingredients. I have been using Dole fresh fruits for ages and trust me I didn’t even have to make a trip to the grocery store since I had all the ingredients right at home.

The Dole Food Company mission is to make the world a healthier place. Dole is committed to full transparency in its operations and to delivering nutrition to the world with the highest-quality fresh food possible, empowering consumers to make healthier choices in their lives.

So here are my homemade versions of both these recipes courtesy of Dole website resources.
