The Great Smokey Mountains is a bucketlist destination which I have been lucky to visit quite frequently since it is just a few hours away from me.
The city of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge do a great deal of justice being the IT spot for all the fun you can have as a family.
I stayed at the Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and Lodge during my visit and it was absolutely wonderful. I was at the 2 Queen bed with 2 twin bed room and the rooms were by far the biggest I have seen in a hotel yet. It was pretty spacious and cosy. The room was immaculately clean. The hotel itself was super nice.
There was a nice arcade downstairs where we spent a good hour or so with the kids. There was a restaurant FINS which served different menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was delicious.
The location of the hotel was ideal. Just stones throw away from Island at Pigeon forge and within 15 mins drive to Gatlinburg. This was one of the best places I have stayed at while visiting the Great smokey mountains and highly recommend making your stay a comfortable one here.
