Experience the best of Miami at Doubletree Hilton at Biscayne Bay

Disclaimer- This post has been sponsored by Hilton resorts. The opinions are entirely my own.

When I think back on my trip to Miami, I can smell the ocean breeze and coconuts on the trees. The color of the water is crisp blue and the water is pretty shallow for a good few feets. The sand so white in contrast to the water, that you could relax here forever. It's absolutely beautiful. Yes it does get pretty crowded during the weekends and evenings but if you want a more chill time them go during the week and it stays quite empty for more part of the day.

I stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Grand at Biscayne Bay and it couldn't have been a more perfect. The hotel overlooks the Biscayne bay and is at the heart of the downtown. Publix is walkable (just across the street), the metromover station is also just across which is a free service and takes you to the most part of the downtown and parts of the beach too which is perfect if you do not want to carry your car. The hotel houses a few really good restaurants, stores and spa (like a mini mall in there).

I stayed in the 2 double bed with the Bay view. It overlooked the Bay and Marina. The room was quite spacious and had a mini refrigerator and microwave as well which is super convinient with kids.

The first night I ate at Primos Italian Kitchen Bar. This Italian-American eatery has gained local recognition for its Italian cuisine. Primo’s features the freshest fish, chops and a “create your own” pasta menu. Primo’s also features an extensive wine list and fresh muddled martinis.

The next day we explores Casablanca on the Bay and the seafood was not just fresh but absolutely beautiful. The upscale casual restaurant overlooks scenic Biscayne Bay. They serve the freshest of the sea to Miami.

The last day we explored the elaborate menu of Tony Chan’s Waterclub. It has been honored by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences with its Five Star Diamond Award and received the prestigious ''National Top 20 Restaurants'' award by Zagat National Restaurant Consumer Survey. Watch, as Chef Li exhibits his expertise through the glass-enclosed ''open'' kitchen as he freshly prepares one of the 160 items found in the gourmet menu. House specialties include such delicacies as Peking Duck, Yupan Quail, Lamb and Vegetarian Dishes, as well as Seafood Specialties such as Chilean Sea Bass, live Maine Lobster and Shark's Fin which are sure to please your palate.

Hilton knows how to make their guests feel special and right at home and if I ever have to visit Miami again then this would be the place to stay.
